My ankles hurt, my back hurts, and I believe I have ran > 10 miles. It was all worth it, they are so proud of themselves. Greg cheered them on from the porch. Punk.
Anyway, here we go with Halle. She learned first:

And Jack followed shortly behind:

We did suffer great injuries:

All in all it was a great weekend. We had a lot of fun. The kids are proud and I am sore. Greg is complaining about sitting on the porch swing for so long. I am going to try not to slap him.

I'll come sit on the porch swing with you. :) Haven't heard from you. I hope all is well. are you still reading?? I know Eric is. :) And you'll have to check out my blog, there are pics of tiff, will and drew. Drew just graduated. You won't believe how different and grown they are. :)
Ya want to teach Greta how to ride without training wheels? I'm a lazy mom and haven't taught any of my kids. When we moved in Austin's friends taught him how to do it, I lucked out. You sound like a good choice for Greta:)
Way to be a super Mom!! Tell them congratulations! We can't wait to see you next week!
Oh, this brings back so many happy memories of when Joy Lund, the lesbian down the street, taught me how to ride a bike! I was fourteen. She wanted me to go to the sev (7-11) and buy smokes for her but she knew it was too far to walk. SO, she taught me to ride a bike.
Good times.

Great to hear from you Big G! Glad to know life is treating you well (other than the foot). We definitely need to get together sometime. Being a dad is the best my friend, but you already know that. Way to help out with the bicycle training... :)
