Diversity

Holly and Cameron came last weekend to soak up some of the diversity that resides here in Ogden.  There's lots of it.  I love it when they come to stay.  It is very rare to find couple friends that all like each other.  At least I think we all like each other.  You guys like us, right??

It doesn't really matter I guess, they keep showing up when we invite them.  Maybe it's the food they come for.  We actually ate an entire Costco cake this weekend.  Mmmmm.

Here's my favorite video of the weekend.  I love it for 3 reasons:

1.  Cameron's on his phone looking at tweets about Egypt and misses his own kid coming down the hill.  His obsession with that stupid phone, and the things he misses because of it, are documented for all the world to see.

2.  Halle gets taken out.  I laughed so hard.

3.  It's so typical Holly.  She's up there holding up the whole line, balancing the tubes she stole from other children and sending other kids who cut in line back to the bottom.  She's awesome.  I love that she is so confident and bold.  I wish I were more like her.

(Jack and Austin are first on a tube.  Jack is wearing a yellow coat and blue hat.  Halle and Greta are on a tube as well.  Halle is wearing a purple coat with a turquoise shirt under it.  Holly comes skidding in last, bum first.)

Jack and Austin summed it all up when this conversation happened on the way to the restaurant:

Jack:  Mommy, are we cousins or are we friends?
Austin:  Yeah, what are we?
