The cabin

Wondering where we have been?? We went with Rob and Kaylyn to the cabin!! I love to go to the cabin. I unfortunately forgot/lost my camera there so I have no pictures to post. I am sick about it, and when it shows up, I will add pictures to this post.

Exciting things we did:

1. Halle pulled one of her front top teeth out. She looks crazy cute. The tooth fairy found us at the cabin. The other top front tooth fell out during lunch on Wed. and now she looks so dang cute in a jack-o-lantern kind of way.
2. We hiked Mesa Falls (I'm using "Hiking" a little loosely here.) We have such cute pictures from this. But once again, the camera is MIA.
3. We fished! Well, we tried to anyway. Jack and Cameron loved to cast. We didn't even get a bite. It was fun though!
4. We drove to West to splurge our tooth fairy money. It's funny, Halle got $2 from the TF, and walked out with a cat thing that cost $7. Crazy how that worked.
5. We went to Sacrament Meeting with 700 of our closest friends. Actually, just Kaylyn, Samantha, Halle, and I made it through the meeting. All the boys ditched us.
6. We prayed a trunk open. Twice.
7. We watched movies. Rob and I enjoyed a midnight showing of License to Wed. It was kind of dumb. We should have gone back to bed instead.
8. We played Little House On the Prairie. There was a huge field FULL of yellow and white flowers. I took so many cute pictures. Again with the lost camera. Anyway, Jack loved to run in them and fall down. It was very Little House.
9. We took the kids swimming in the river. Brandon flashed the next dock over when he pulled his swimsuit down to his knees to pee in the water. Kaylyn yelled, and I nearly peed my own pants. It was quite funny.

Not so exciting things that happened:

1. I am waiting everyday for the signs of West Nile to appear in my children. Seriously, the mosquitoes were horrible. We sprayed the kids all day long and they were still eaten alive.
2. Jack biffed it like 4 times and now he's all scabbed.
3. I ate too much. Waaaayyyyyy too much. (Excellent cake Kaylyn)
4. The kids ate waaaayyyyy too many fruit snacks. We went through boxes of them.
5. Greg's foot opened up more and he has another ulcer on the other foot now too. We are so frustrated. I can not even begin to express it.
6. We lost the camera. (I know, again with the camera)
7. When we got home our flower pots were dead. And not just a little.

Anyway, the entire trip was fun, and as always, it was super fun to spend time with Rob, Kaylyn and their kids. Thanks guys!
